You can partner with Foster Healthcare.

When you choose Foster Healthcare, our flexible services help your loved ones remain at home, where they’re most comfortable, and receive the care they need to maximize their recovery and quality of life.

We care about our employees as much as we care about our clients. That’s why at Foster Healthcare we offer workable schedules, competitive pay, great benefits and more of what you need to do your job better.

Foster Healthcare works closely with our referral partners under the guidance of the patient’s physician to insure proper patient assessment up front and proper treatment during the course of care.

We strive to provide maximum value to our Physician partners. One of the ways we create this value is by working with our Medical Directors to ensure we understand the challenges our Physicians face each day.

Foster Healthcare is committed to providing our clients with quality healthcare right in the comfort of their homes. Our experienced staff will guide you through the healing process, whether short term or long term.

  • The goal of physical therapy is to help you regain movement and strength. Our physical therapists will visit you in your home to help you perform daily activities and progress towards your physical goals. They will help prevent fall risk, improve strength, flexibility, range of motion, endurance and balance.

  • Occupational therapy is designed to help you regain your independence by performing daily activities by yourself. You may learn new ways to eat, put on clothes or comb your hair. Occupational therapy is sometimes ordered by a doctor without other skilled care.

  • Home health aides don’t have nursing licenses, but they support your nurse by providing assistance with bathing, dressing and other personal care. Medicare and private insurance policies don’t usually cover home health aide service unless you are also receiving skilled nursing.

  • Skilled nursing is provided by a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse and includes coordinating the plan of care your physician has prescribed, monitoring vital signs, giving injections, managing medications, providing wound care, among other things.

  • After a stroke or accident, speech therapy can help you recover your swallowing and communication skills. Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) specialize in the evaluation and treatment of swallowing, cognition/thinking skills and communication disorders to help your regain independence and improve your quality of life.

  • We know physical issues aren’t your only concern when recovering from or managing an illness. Medical Social Workers visit your home to help you with the social and emotional concerns that may accompany your health care issues.
